In 2006, BMW showcased the E86 Z4M Coupe and Roadster to the motoring world. Powered by the iconic S54 straight six power unit out of the E46 M3, the Z4M promised to be a true pocket rocket and every bit the spiritual successor to the Z3M Coupe.
The resulting car was the perfect balance of capable chassis combined with a proper straight six M division powertrain. The E86 Z4M Coupe to this day remains a cult M car offering scintillating performance but at the same time tremendous everyday practicality.
